How are your studio and cycle classes different from those in the surrounding area?

Fun is the foundation of everything we do. Workouts become dance parties, instructors become friends, and C.R.E.W. becomes your second home. 

What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear comfortable, fitted, work out clothes so that we are able to ensure you have correct form in all classes. Please refer to class descriptions for required footwear.

Do you sell water?

For your convenience, we offer mini bottles of water complimentary.  In addition you can fill up your own water bottle at our water dispenser or help yourself to a hot coffee or tea!


Do I need to bring my own towel and/or mat?

We provide clean towels and mats. However, if you prefer your own mat feel free to bring it. 

Do you have lockers?

Yes! CREW has lockers available complimentary, please bring your own lock.  We recommend that you lock all valuable belongings in your car. CREW is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

I'm new to C.R.E.W.. How do I sign up for class? 

You can visit our class schedule on the website or on your smart phone you can use the Mindbody Connect app (free at the app store). Please feel free to call us if you have any questions and somebody at the front desk will assist you. Welcome to the C.R.E.W.!

When should I arrive?

If it is your first time at the studio, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time. We would love to show you around and help you get settled! Otherwise, please arrive 5 minutes before class. If you are running late, we ask that you call the front desk so that we know to expect you and can set up your mat and bike for you! 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require a minimum of 8 hours notice for any class cancelation. Cancelation within the 8 hour window will result in a forfeited class or a ten dollar late cancellation fee. By complying with our cancelation policy, it allows us to accommodate clients who have been placed on waitlists. 

At C.R.E.W., we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, C.R.E.W. reserves the right to cancel any class with an attendance lower than 4 guests or due to inclement weather. If your class has been canceled, you will receive notification no later than 2 hours prior to your class time. For "dawn patrol" classes (5 and 6am), classes would be canceled by 10pm the night before. 

Our schedule is subject to change seasonally/holidays/school vacation weeks. 



What is Barre?

Barre is a high intensity, low impact workout that is a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet. By using light weights with high reps followed by stretching, you will create and sculpt the long and lean muscles you've always wanted. During portions of classes, the ballet barre is utilized as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training and increasing your heart rate. Some of the benefits include improved posture, increased muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility, reduced stress, a good sweat while listening to some of your favorite music, and of course, the guarantee of a good time. 

I have an injury. Can I still come to class?

We recommend that you first consult with a physician regarding any injuries. If you have a previous injury or have any other special needs during class, please notify the C.R.E.W. member prior to class. We will be sure to customize your workout and tailor it just for you!

Are all of your classes beginner friendly? I am out of shape and not coordinated! 

Absolutely. All of our classes at C.R.E.W. have been created to honor guests at all fitness levels. Every time you come in, prepare to push yourself to the next level! 

I am expecting! Can I take class?

Congratulations, and yes! We have had guests and instructors that are 8 months pregnant and still attend our studio classes. We ask that you consult your physician during all stages of pregnancy. In addition, please be sure to tell your instructor so that proper modifications can be demonstrated.

How many times a week should I come for the best results?

C.R.E.W. recommends coming 4 times per week for the best results. Our philosophy is to keep all guests engaged weather it is in the studio or on the bike. Cross training is an important part of who we are as a studio. We encourage guests to spend equal amounts of time in the studio (barre, cardioBARRE, POUND, yoga) and on the bike to always keep your muscles guessing. 



I am new to cycling. What do I expect? 

An amazing experience that will take you on a physical and emotional journey. You can expect amazing music and candles all to enhance your senses and create an unforgettable ride. Prepare to leave feeling refreshed, and of course, sweaty.

Do you provide shoes?

Currently, we do not provide shoes, but all bikes are equipped with SPD pedals.

Will someone help me set up my bike?

Of course! If it is your first ride, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class beginning to we can ensure proper bike set up. 

What should I do to prepare before class?

We recommend hydrating with water and enjoying a small, nutritious snack an hour before class. Be sure to bring plenty of water with you to class, or feel free to fill up at our hydration station!
