May Meltdown

We can hardly believe it is already May! It feels like our Spring Shred group just kicked off last week! After an incredible and inspiring 8 weeks with our first ever Shred, we can’t help but want to keep the momentum going! Cue: May Meltdown.

Congratulations! You’ve been automatically enrolled!!! Exciting, right? We decided this next challenge is studio wide, at no additional cost to you. Why? Because we love you and you all deserve to feel amazing during our favorite season.

What’s next?

Well, all of our instructors are taking it up a notch or as we like to call it, fire. Plan on working a little harder, pushing yourself to the next level, feeling some added burn, and getting a little more sweaty than usual in class. Throughout the month we will be offering bonus meltdown classes *FREE* of charge, sharing our favorite smoothie recipes to help burn fat and build lean muscle, and throwing some challenges and prizes in all the way to Memorial Day.

First order of business: 10 in 10

That’s right, 10 classes in 10 days. Double up, come 10 days in a row, you-do-you! However you get there, get there. We want you to throw some of that scary cardio in too - whether its cycle, dance on the barre, FLY, or HIIT - try to make 4 of your 10 classes cardio! Want to track your progress? Stop by the front desk and we will gladly track measurements for you for the next 4 weeks.
