It’s said that from July 3rd through August 11th are the days we refer to as “the dog days” of summer, a period marked by lethargy, inactivity, or indolence. GUYS, we will not be fully observing these dog days.
While I’m all for soaking up our beautiful New England summer days, lethargy and inactivity, are much sweeter post sweat-sesh and after a completed step goal. It’s so easy to fall off the bandwagon in the summer, we have so many social engagements and lets just face it, a cold beer and hot summer day fit just right.
It’s easy to throw in the towel when you didn’t meet your summer bod goals by memorial day, but he moral of this story is DON’T. Embrace this time of year to put in the hard work, because summer bodies CAN be made in the summer. Take advantage of the weather, go for long walks, get your steps in on your beach day, and fresh fruits and veggies make eating right easy!
Our team at CREW is in this together. Our goal is to look back at summer 2018 and remember how strong we got and how many goals we crushed. For the first time ever we will be introducing our “Dog Days” package. Between now and Labor day you can enjoy unlimited classes for $225!
Wherever you are, start, and if you already started, don’t stop. You can reach your goals. We all have a choice. You decide.
