310,000 Steps to September
310,000?! Yep. That’s 10,000 steps every day for the month of August. That might sound crazy but aren’t we all a little bit nuts? Everyone has been crushing it in the studio and on the bike, but we want you to continue crushing it while you aren’t with us. You know, the 23 other hours in the day?
Our gaol here is really just to stay moving and active every day. If you don’t already track your steps, you might be shocked with how little you’re moving outside of the gym. This is also a great way to stay on track while you are on those nice summer vacations, or out and about with family and friends!

How to Join
Find some way to track your daily steps. You can use any fitness tracker (fitbit, apple watch, there are tons of them some are $10, some are $200). If you don’t like wearing something on your wrist or attached to your clothes, most smartphones will track your daily steps as long as you carry it with you throughout the day.
